Children's Ministry Coordinator

Alice Springs Baptist Church, a missionally-minded faith community in the heart of Australia, is seeking a Children’s Ministry Coordinator to provide leadership, oversight, and vision for our growing ministry to children and families.

Working alongside staff and well-established teams of volunteers, this part-time role will recruit, equip, and encourage leaders, ensure child-safe best practice, and help children encounter Jesus in engaging and meaningful ways. The successful applicant will play a key role in partnering with families, supporting the spiritual formation of young people, and helping children find their place within the life of the wider church community.
