Here at ASBC we have a wonderful community that wants to offer opportunities and items to people within the Church, or are looking for opportunities/ help from the Church community. It has been hard knowing where to place all of these requests.
Therefore, we are launching our new electronic community noticeboard! This page is not linked via the main website, instead it is available for those who have the link within the Church community. This offers some level of privacy (as much as possible on the public internet!)

Volunteers Wanted
AuSIL volunteers wanted (a few hours a week)
WANTED more volunteers.
• Do you have a few hours a couple of days a week?
• Are you interested in ministering to people by helping them gain access to Bible-based resources in their languages?
The Bible Place shop in Elder St has now closed. Instead we are responding to requests from those who are interested, by taking appropriate resources to wherever the people are when they have funds available. We would also love to be able to set up weekly visits to hostels and town camps, with the permission of local people or managers.

Accommodation Offers / Requests
Family of 5 – Accomodation Needed (7-21 June)
Josh & Hayley Lohmeyer (Youth with a Mission, Perth) are planning to be in Alice Springs from 7-21 June for a YWAM prayer gathering and some follow-up time with friends before heading up to Kununurra to continue a film project around suicide prevention. They’re currently looking for accommodation during this period, as options are limited due to the Finke Desert Race.
They are a family of five (with three boys aged 7, 4, and 6 months). Their parents will be joining them also but can be split up or find alternate accommodation. If you have a spare room, granny flat, or house available, or would be open to hosting for part of that time, it would be a huge help.
